Shipping 

Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days. Delivery takes 2 - 7 business days within France and the EU, and 7 - 14 business days internationally. Tracking details are sent once your order ships. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Returns

Unworn and unwashed items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Sale or final-drop items may not be eligible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 - 10 business days after inspection.

Duties & Taxes

EU orders include VAT. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Refused packages may result in deducted return fees.

Care

Machine wash cold (30°C) with similar colors. Use mild detergent. Do not bleach. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Iron on low heat, avoiding prints. Spot clean outerwear when possible. Following these instructions helps preserve fit, structure, and longevity.
